On 29 November 2018, the National Association of Bus Transport Entrepreneurs, (ANETRA, Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Empresarios de Transportes en Autocares, in Spanish), held a General Assembly to renew its governing bodies and appoint a new Board of Directors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This board will be in charge of directing the Association for the next four years. Luis \u00c1ngel Pedrero Garc\u00eda, of the company Cartour, of Madrid, was unanimously elected as President. The rest of the Board of Directors is made up of three vice-presidents, Alejandro Canales (Avant Grup, Barcelona), Jes\u00fas Gonzalo, Association of Bus Transport Entrepreneurs of Madrid (AETRAM, Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresarios de Transporte en Autocar de Madrid, in Spanish), Crist\u00f3bal Vald\u00e9s (P. Vald\u00e9s e Hijos, Alicante); a general secretary, Estefan\u00eda P\u00e9rez (Autocares Mapex, Valencia); a treasurer, Marcelino Rinc\u00f3n (Elite Touring, Madrid); and five members, Manuel Tena (Autocares Izaro, Barcelona), Antonio Serrat (Serrat Bus, Barcelona), Carlos Grandoso (Grandoure, Valladolid), Elisa Miquel (Autocares Nika, Tarragona) and Jes\u00fas Mir\u00f3n (Vip Car, Madrid).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new team faces the challenge with enthusiasm and with the aim of working to strengthen the transport sector it represents, focusing its efforts on the development and promotion of the purposes of the Association, developing the projects underway and promoting new ones at the service of road passenger transport companies. In this same act, it was agreed to appoint Alfredo V\u00e1zquez Ferre\u00f1o Honorary President, for his work and personal dedication as the head of the Association of Bus Transport Entrepreneurs of Madrid (AETRAM, Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresarios de Transporte en Autocar de Madrid, in Spanish) for more than 30 years, encouraging him to continue participating actively in the Association, contributing his valuable experience and knowledge of the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
